Small rules, deep boards
Everything here is in the game today.
One rule, learned in a minute
Join each pair with a line exactly that long. Fill every square and you are done. The free tutorial teaches it in one gentle 4x4.
Difficulty that means something
The solver measures how much real thinking a board demands, so Advanced means work, not just a bigger grid. Boards that fail the bar never ship.
Help when you want it, quiet when you don’t
Two free hints on every board, refilled when you restart. Never sold, never tied to watching anything.
- Hints are never sold and never an advert. There are no adverts
- Colour is never the only clue: every endpoint carries a shape and a number too
- Reduce motion, large text, and screen reader support
- One optional daily reminder, off until you turn it on
- Every accessibility option stays free
Counted, not rounded
The numbers on this page are the numbers in the game.
A puzzle that plays fair
No guessing, no luck, and never a board that cannot be reasoned out.
Exactly one answer
No board ships until the solver proves a single solution. You think, never guess.
A new board each morning
The daily puzzle comes from the date, so it works with no signal at all.
Nothing to lose
No ads, no coins, no lives, no account. Miss a day and your streak resets quietly.
Private by design
Your puzzles stay on your device. Progress, streak, solved boards, settings and your unlock are stored locally. There are no advertising SDKs and no remote behavioural analytics, and there is no account to create.
Only a purchase talks to anyone. Delete everything from Settings anytime; the privacy policy spells out what is stored.

Questions
What is the puzzle, exactly?
Each board has pairs of matching numbers. Join each pair with a line that fills exactly that many squares, counting both endpoints. Lines move up, down and across only, may never cross, and may never share a square. Solve it by filling every square on the board.
Is there a subscription?
No. Linelet has a single one-time Premium unlock. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews. There are also no adverts, no coins, no lives and no energy timers.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No account, ever. The whole game, including the daily puzzle, runs offline on your device. A connection is only needed to make or restore a purchase.
What happens if I miss a day?
Your streak resets quietly, with no guilt message. One missed day per calendar month is forgiven automatically and your streak carries on. Your best streak is always shown, so past effort never disappears.
Are hints limited or sold?
You get two per board, free, and they refill whenever you restart. The full unlock adds a third rung. They are never sold and never tied to watching anything. Hints you use are recorded in your local stats and nowhere else.
Can I play if I’m colourblind?
Yes. Colour is never the only clue. Two pairs can share a number, so every endpoint also carries its own shape (circle, square, triangle, diamond, cross or star) alongside the number. Any board where a number and shape combination repeats is rejected before it ships.
How do I restore Premium on a new phone?
Open Settings or Premium and choose Restore a purchase, signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought it with. Restoring is never paywalled. See support if it does not appear.
